Farmhouse. C17 with C18, C19 and C20 alterations. Limewashed rubble, stone dressings
stone slate roof. L-plan, lobby entry). 2 storeys, 3 bays, scattered
fenestration. Gabled entrance porch left of centre has c1730 moulded surround
and keystone; C20 door. On ground floor: left-hand single-light window, central
3-light recessed flat faced mullioned window and right-hand former 4-light double-
chamfered mullioned window, now 2-light with only central mullion remaining,
hoodmould. 2 upper floor windows: left-hand single light with chamfered surround
and round head, right-hand chamfered, probably formerly 3 lights but mullions
now missing. All windows contain fixed lights or C20 casements. Massive left-of
centre ridge and projecting right-hand gable end ridge stacks. Right hand return:
gable entry to right of stack has chamfered surround and decorated lintel inscribed

Projecting rear wing of 2 storeys, 4 bays contains C17 double chamfered mullioned
windows on both floors.
Interior: fireplace has decorated surround and lintel inscribed IB 1728.
Rear wing contains dog-leg staircase with closed string and stick balusters.
