House. Early-mid C18. Coursed rubble, concrete interlocking tile roof with
stone slates at eaves. 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Central 9-panel
door in raised ashlar surround with splayed bases. On either side, 12-pane
fixed-light windows in raised ashlar surrounds, On first floor, 12-pane
windows with small opening lights in raised ashlar surrounds in outer bays
and 12-pane fixed-light central window without surround. On second floor,
3 smaller shuttered openings, that in centre with raised ashlar surround.
End stacks. Between first and second bays there is a lead rainwater head
and pipe serving a lead gutter which continues over the Post Office (qv) to
which this property is attached.
