GV II

Farmhouse, probably C17 entirely remodelled and enlarged in mid C19. Rendered
stone and cob scantle slate roof with hipped ends. 2 tall lateral rear brick
stacks enclosed in rear 2-storey outshut which has further rear lateral brick shaft
to rubble stack with offsets. Probably originally 3-room cross-passage plan,
extended at both ends in C19. 2 storeys 6-window range all hornless 12-paned
sashes except second from right which has 2 panes per light. C20 ground floor
fenestration and openings changed. 6-panelled door to cross-passage doorway.
Round-arched stair turret window to rear.
Interior: entirely remodelled in C19 and largely unaltered since that time. C19
roughly hewn roof timbers.
