House, late C17th, altered. Pebbledashed rubble with slate roof. L-plan. 2
storeys with attic. South wall of 2 bays having modern windows with plain
stone surrounds. End chimneys. Right-hand (east) gable wall has blocked
one-light rebated and chamfered attic window. The rear wall of this block has
a 2-light rebated and chamfered mullioned window. West wall has gable of
front block to right: this has a modern 1st floor window with plain stone
surround. At the far left the rear wing has a blank ground floor and an
ovolo-moulded cross window, now blocked and pebbledashed, on the lst floor.
To its right is a bay having ovolo-moulded window surrounds. Further right is
a door with moulded surround and a shaped lintel inscribed: '1693 T H II'.
The left-hand gable has a chimney with cap carried on stone corbels. The east
wall of the rear wing has a rebated and chamfered cross window on the 1st
floor.
