(formerly listed as Cowstonegill Farmhouse)

Farmhouse and outbuilding, now house. Dated 1674, with later alterations.
Rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2:2 first-floor windows. Original
house to left, with rear outshut. Central gabled porch dated 1960. Board
inner door. Above, plaque with raised lettering "GEF 1674". Sash windows
with glazing bars with projecting lintels and sills, except for ashlar
surround to window on ground floor to right. End stacks, that to left
external. Former outbuilding, to right: 2-light flat-faced mullion windows
with casements. Rear, house: surrounds of double-chamfered mullion windows.
Rear, former outbuilding: ashlar door surrounds, including first-floor
pitching door, now window.
