NZ 10 SW MARSKE CLINTS

9/67 Methodist Chapel

GV II

Chapel with living accommodation. Late C18 with C19 and later alterations.
Rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, now partly one. 2:2 windows, and with
canted plan at southern end. Quoins at angles. South elevation, from left,
ground floor: board door; blocked openings including the surround of a 3-
light mullion window and 3 blocked doorways; first floor, from left: two 4-
pane sash windows, two C20 casement windows and blocked 2-light mullion
window. Hipped roof to right. Stack between first and second first-floor
windows. North side: board door. East end: in each of canted sides a
round-arched small-paned window with radial glazing bars, the outer ones
fixed lights, the central one a sash window. Interior: mid C19 pine
fittings.
