(formerly listed as House dated 1757)

House. Dated 1757. Roughcast rubble, artificial slate roof. 2 storeys, 2
bays. Central part-glazed 5-panel door in moulded stone surround with
frieze inscribed 'W A 1757' and cornice. 4-pane sash windows in moulded
surrounds. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, ashlar end stacks.
