1/254 Orchard Cottage

GV II

Detached cottage. Circa 1700. Dressed limestone, thatched roof
with coped verges and gable end brick stacks. Gable end to road.
Single storey and attic, 2 windows. C20 door in thatched porch
attached to outshut with 3-light steel casement to right, 2-light
wooden casement to left. Eyebrow dormer with 3-light leaded
casement to left attic. Rear has 2-light casement and two eyebrow
dormers. Attached to right return is C20 single storey extension.
Interior not accessible at time of survey (January 1986).
