GV II

House. Late C16, altered. Timber framed with colourwashed plaster
and brick infill. Part of ground floor colourwashed rubblestone.
Old tile roof, half hipped to right and swept down over single
storey projection in bay 3. Right hand lean-to addition. 4 bays and
1½ storeys. East front has entry in porch formed by extension of
roof of front projection in bay 3. Left hand bays have casement
windows. 2 gable 2 light dormers. Left hand gable stack. 2 central
chimneys either side of centre truss. Interior: Chamfered and stopped
spine beams. Inglenook fireplaces and straight purlin and tie-beam
braces.
