SP 70 NW HADDENHAM MILL LANE, Scotsgrove

GV II

House. C17. Part timber framed, part witchert and rubblestone, all
now colourwashed and rendered. Thatched roof, half-hipped. 3 bays.
One storey with attic. West elevation has two 2-light leaded casements
to south bays and flat roofed single storey addition to north bay with
doorway. Entry within extension and in front of stack between north
bays. Stack of old thin brick now partly rendered. Central 2-light
eyebrow dormer. East front has 2 leaded light casements to south
bays, plain casement to north bay and central 2-light eyebrow dormer.
North lean to. Modern round headed north gable window. Interior has
chamfered and stopped spine beams to south rooms. North room chamfered
spine beam.
