House, now offices. C18 altered and extended C19, mid and late C20. Painted
render, hipped tiled roof. Open plan with C20 extensions at rear. 3
storeys. Flanking chimneys. C20 sash windows with glazing bars, 2 on second
floor. Central first floor angular bay with concave lead roof and plain
apron. Half glazed door in panelled reveal with doorcase of pilasters, cut
scroll brackets and flat hood, with larqe C20 window with glazing bars to
the right. One bay extension on the right hand with 3-centred arched
stable entry and a similar angular bay window over but without lead roof.
Extension has a low pitch slate roof which also forms part of No.25 which
is not listed. Included for group value.
