Circa 1830-50 3 storey stock brick house set at right angle to road. 1st floor
band, hipped slate roof with flat eaves on shallow brackets. 4 windows to upper
floors set in 2 storey shallow vertical panels - recessed glazing bar sashes
with flat gauged arches, square on 2nd floor. Ground floor has 2 broader glazing
bar sashes and one altered left hand window. Off centre doorway recessed for
one order with semi-circular yellow brick arch - door of 5 panels, 4 moulded,
radiating fanlight. Return to road with plat band carried over. One window
to centre in full height shallow panel with narrow flanking panels through 1st
and 2nd floors. The 1st floor window is a marginal glazed French casement in
wood reveal, with Greek key panelled blind box, giving onto good cast iron balcony
of anthemion pattern.
