Later C18 with some alterations. A pair of narrow fronts; red brick, No 21
chequered. Band between storeys and band cornice below parapets. Mansard roofs
with one dormer each, No 20 with old tile covering, No 21 slate. Wood casements
to No 20 and C19 sashes to No 21 - 2 windows each to upper floors in flush architrave frames with flat gauged rubbed arches. Plain shop fronts.

No 2 Thames Street; Knights Tavern; Nos 5 to 16 (consec) Thames Street and Nos 18 to 25 (consec)Thames Street, form an important group.
