House. Dated D/1671 with C18 and 1873 additions. Squared and coursed lias,
stone dressings, ashlar porch and double Roman tile roofs. C17 three bay wing
parallel to road with 3 bay C19 left hand addition, C18 rear extension and further hand addition,
parallel C19 addition to rear forming an irregular H shaped plan. Roadside front
of 2 storeys, 6 windows. C17 range has 3-light ovolo mullions with hoodmoulds
and C19 casements to ground floor and 2-light C19 chamfered mullions with
casements to upper. C19 wing has 3-light chamfered mullions to ground floor,
2-light mullions above. Central C19 stone porch with rusticated side walls,
Tuscan Doric piers and round-arched frieze to parapet. C20 door. Gabled dormer
to left hand with 2 lights and ball finial. Ashlar stacks. Datestone on south
end wall.
