Rendered; Cotswold stone slate root; brick stacks. 2 storeys. 3 bays; 20-pane glazing bar sash windows; projecting bay on ground floor; blocked window with semi-circular head in centre of first floor. Central 6 panel door. Lower 2 storey wings to either side; 1 sash window to right; 3 sashes and doors to left.
