Farmhouse. C17 with left-hand C19 addition. Coursed and squared rubble with
large dressed stone blocks for window openings and quoins. Wooden lintels, some
brick headers to C19 addition, stone copings and triple saw-tooth Roman tile roof.
2-storey, 4-window north-west front. C17 section with 3-light oak ovolo-moulded
mullions with small leaded pane casements. C19 extension has 2-light casements
and one fixed small pane window. Central lean-to porch on wooden piers. 4-panel
door in moulded architrave with top 2 panels glazed. Right-hand stone stack with
brick cap, left-hand brick stack. Interior. Ground-floor right-hand room has
chamfered beams, newel staircase in south-west corner and buffet niche. Stone
flags to central passage, fine oak plank door.
