House. Mid C17, partially re-fitted early C18, re-sashed mid C19. Rubble,
welsh slate roofs. L-plan, through passage. 3 storeys, under 2 gables are 3
windows, all 2-pane sashes under stepped voussoirs, central 4-panel door under
plain transom light. At rear is a gabled stair tower in the re-entrant angle and
partially above through passage door with ovolo-moulded frame with ornate stops.
Interior: chamfered beams throughout, at ground floor is heavy 6-panel door in
ovolo-moulded frame, full height dog-leg staircase with heavy turned balusters and
decorated closed string, at first floor is a bolection-moulded fireplace under
a panelled overmantel with full cornice.
