Barn. Circa 1700. Rubble, pantile roof. Barn under hipped roof, mixed plain
openings to east, one under vestigial hoodmould, corner on road (south west) is
curved, cut back and corbelled out to eaves. Listed as part of the group which
makes the formal courtyard layout in front of Perrinpit Farmhouse (q.v.).
