Early C19, 2 storey building in red brick. Stucco-quoins and band between floors.
Dentil eaves cornice, 3 double hung sash windows with glazing bars beneath cornice;
central one in slight projection has cornice on consoles. Six panel door in
surround of panelled pilasters, entablature has decoration of laurel wreaths,
and cornice. Third storey added mid-C19 in similar red brick. Slate roof behind
parapet. Three sash windows with glazing bars have gauged brick heads.
