Picturesque Estate cottage. c.1860. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar
dressings. Old clay tile roof with moulded stone eaves brackets. L-plan.
One storey and attics. Pierced, curling bargeboards to gable ends with drop
finials. Central projecting gable to entrance front with moulded kneelers to
eaves. Honeycomb pattern cast iron windows in ashlar surrounds. Single light
casement to first floor gable end. Ground floor has canted bay to left and 2-
light mullioned casement to right. Central doorway with gabled openwork hood
on stone pilasters.
