Detached circa 1850s chalet type. 2½ storeys over basement. Rendered. 1st
floor cill band. Gabled break to right with round headed attic window. Glazing
bar sash windows. On 1st floor 2 round headed windows to left and tripartite
window to right with cornice. Below is a similar window with pediment to centre,
cornice, and wrought and cast iron balcony. Windows have bracketed cills and
flat surrounds, round headed windows and doer have bracket surrounds to arches.
6 panel ½ glazed door with radiating fanlight.
