Villa. Early-mid C19. Stucco; dry slate roof with projecting
eaves and rendered end stacks. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; symmetrical 3-bay front with recessed central
entrance bay. Full-width 5-bay wooden trellised verandah with
shaped fretted arches, hipped slate roof and projecting
central gable with shaped barge board to enclosed central
glazed porch with margin lights and door with margin glazing.
Ground-floor casements with pointed arches, glazed spandrels
and the lights with intersecting heads and octagonal panes.
1st floor has original 16-pane hornless sash on the left,
pointed-arched central window with pair of casements with
glazing bars and 16-pane horned sash copy on the right.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
