Terraced house with later shopfront. 1694. By T Neale. For D
Winterborne. Restored late C19. Multi-coloured stock brick,
partially refaced. Stucco band at first floor level, red brick
band at 2nd floor level, 3rd floor band replaced by cement
strip. Slate mansard roof with 2 dormers. 4 storeys, attic and
basement. 3 windows. Ground floor shopfront C20 reproduction.
Gauged red brick flat arches to recessed sash windows.
INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to have good panelling and
original staircase.
