Garden walls. Late C18 and C19 with many later repairs and alterations.
Coursed limestone rubble and brick sections. L-plan walls linking gazebo to
late C20 wing of Eldon House.
Tall east wall, attached to gazebo, runs north for 60 metres. South section
rubble. Brick north section with stone coping: hand-made brick in English
garden wall bond below; large C19 bricks in random bond above; C20 brick
buttresses.
Tall north wall runs west for 35 metres. Mainly hand-made brick in random
bond with regularly-spaced buttresses. Lower rubble section at west.
