3/136 Nether Hall Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Late C17. Painted coursed rubble, slate roof. Single room
thickness main block with hipped roof, 3 stacks, back, in good cut stone;
gabled block, right, lower pitch than main body. Two storeys, upper windows
well below eaves, 5-windowed, all new casements in original openings, under
segmental stone arches; 3 lay-lights in roof space. Good 4-panel moulded
door in new porch. Interior: heavy chamfered beams, one C19 painted panel
partition.
