GV II

Villa. Late C19. Squared sandstone in narrow courses with ashlar dressings.
Purple slate roof and ashlar chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays, the centre
bay projecting and gabled. Flush quoins. Central replaced door and overlight
in moulded shouldered surround. Double-chamfered, stone-mullioned windows
with sashes. Single-light window above doorway. Outer bays have 3-light
windows on ground floor and 2-light windows above in gabled half-dormers.
Steeply-pitched roof has overhanging eaves and verges, the latter with plain
bargeboards. Corniced end stacks.
