Cottage. C18. Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with handmade red clay
tiles. 2 bays facing S, with central stack. Lean-to extension at rear, roofed
with corrugated asbestos. One storey. 2 C19 casements. Plain boarded door.
Chamfered transverse beams with lamb's tongue stops, thin joists butt-cogged to
them. Primary straight bracing.
