Late C18. Brick walls, brick dentil cornice at eaves. Tiled roof. Brick stacks.
Two storeys. Two storeyed wing at rear appears contemporary with the main building.
Central entrance door, with fanlight with "Gothic" style glazing. Broken pedimented
hood on console brackets and moulded pilasters. Ground floor has 2 double hung sash
windows with segmental heads and glazing bars. First floor has 3 similar windows..
Brick garden wall extends north from No 45 and along School Lane. In School Lane,
a brick coach house has brick walls and a tiled roof. One storey and attic. Built-
up opening to School Lane, and one dormer, now boarded up. Probably contemporary
with the house. Interior of house retains some raised panel doors, and moulded
cornices. See also No 43. RCHM Monument 73.
