GV II
House, west range probably C17, south range C18. Banded flint and
rubble and brick (Flemish bond). Tiled roof with gabled and half-hipped
ends. Various brick stacks. 2 storeys, South facade of 5 bays.
Sashes with glazing bars under gauged brick heads except to east end of
ground floor which has 2-light, square headed stone windows. North
end of west range has 2-storey bow window. Early C19 doorway with
pedimented hood. Internal features: (RCHM): late C18 stairs with panelled
pine dadoes,woulded handrails, newel-posts with clustered shafts and
geometric trellis in place of balusters.
