Detached Farmhouse, now two cottages. C17, with C20 refenestration, and C16 re-used
window. Rubble-stone walls and dressed stone quoins. Thatch roof with block
ridging and stone gable-copings. Brick stacks at end gables. I½ storeys. 3 windows,
left to right, 2-light wooden casement with glazing-bars and wood lintel; 3-light
C16 stone mullion with 4-centred heads, re-set; 3-light wooden casement with
glazing-bars, wood lintel. 3 half-dormers over are all 3-light wooden casements
with glazing-bars. C20 pentice-roofed outshuts on each end with slate roofs.
Entrances at rear, No 3: plank stable door inside a wooden porch, with a thatch
outshut over. No 4: wooden panel door with glass panels, C20.
