Earlier C19. Painted brick with wide eaves and hipped slate roof. Rear facade
faces main road. Main part of 2 storeys. 5 windows, centre 1st floor window round
arched, sashes with segmental arches and glazing bars. Eastern section 3 storeys,
1 window with ground floor additions. To east again end cottage and garage section
of 2 storeys, 2 windows gabled on main road side. South view to sea and lane
has a verandah along ground floor.

Seabrook Cottage, Bridge House. Sunnyholme and adjoining cottage, Mudeford Lodge
and its outbuilding. The Moorings. Mount Pleasant and its boundary wall, the Pillar
Box, and The Staithe form a group with Nos 1 and 2. The Coach House opposite.
(All except Mudeford Lodge, The Moorings, the Pillar Box and the Staithe, are of
local interest).
