Circa 1840-50 Stuccoed semi-detached pair of houses, No 38 is detached, Nos
30 to 36 roughcut. Hipped slate roofs with wide eaves. No 38 concrete tiles.
Wide bands at first floor levels. Each house in two storeys and basement, three
bays. Sash windows with margin panes. Large central tripertite stair window
with pilasters and entablatures with pediments. Entrances at sides with arched
glazed doors, some altered.
