The following Building shall be added:-

7/10002 Farm stable at Sydmonton Farm

GV II

Stable. Central part late C17 to early C18, north end early C19 and
south end early C19. Built of brick, central part English bond, north
end rat trap bond with some blocks of clunch on the inner face. Hipped
tiled roof with hipped tiled dormer with boarded opening. Central part
has 2 pivoting C19 sashes and central cambered doorcase with Dutch
door. South end is of lower elevation and has 2 pivoting sashes.
North end has cambered entrance. Interior has wooden manger and hay
rack on the north side and 2 stalls. Harness room has reused C17
panelling and wooden saddle hooks. (Probably brought from Sydmonton
Court when it was modernised in the C19). Flint and cobble flooring
and brick drainage channels to rear of stalls. 3 chamfered axial beams
with run- out stops and staggered purlins
