House, built at right-angles to Nateby Road. C19. South elevation is incised
stucco with plinth; chamfered quoins to south-east corner. 3 storeys, 2 bays.
Steps up to door with rectangular fanlight. Doorcase has pilasters, resting on
blocks, carrying a cornice; single sash to right-hand side. 2 sashes to each
upper floor. All windows have stone surrounds and are without glazing bars
excepting the 1st floor, right-hand one. East elevation is of coursed rubble
and one of the windows is multi-paned with a traceried semicicular head.
