Farmhouse. Dated and inscribed over rear carriage arch J. & S.J. (John
Jefferson) 1824. Painted incised stucco with eaves cornice and V-jointed quoins
on moulded plinth. Greenslate roof with lead hips; stucco chimney stacks. 2
storeys, 3 bays with lower flanking 2-storey pedimented wings. Panelled door in
Doric prostyle porch with swag frieze under dentilled cornice. Flanking
Venetian sash windows with glazing bars within a round arch and similar ground
floor windows in wings. Upper floor sash windows with glazing bars. Wings have
open-pedimented gables enclosing circular attic windows with radial glazing
bars. Additional upper floor sash window with glazing bars in right wing. Rear
of left wing has archway with dated keystone.
