adjoining barns

Farmhouse and barns. Dated and inscribed on lintel J.R.F.I. 1696. Whitewashed
rubble walls on projecting stone plinth under graduated greenslate roof with
brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays with L-shaped barn to right. C20 door
in painted architrave under dated and inscribed shaped lintel. Sash windows in
C19 painted stone surrounds. Small blocked fire window at right. Barn has
plank doors and casement windows. Interior has firebeam and heck partition. At
one time known as Popple House.
