Early C19 house. Coursed masonry with granite lintels and quoins. Two
storeys. Three windows, sashes with glazing bars. Central door with ornate
pierced porch with cormice. Slate roof, hipped, overhaning eaves. Group
value.
Central Stores, Lannant, East View, Cable Cottage, Avalon and Aukland form
a group.
