Small early-mid C19 house. Rubble with granite quoins and lintels. Two
storeys. Three windows, sashes with glazing bars. Tall stair window off
centre. Glazed door with rectangular fanlight. Hipped slate roof with
overhanging eaves. Group value.


Rosedale, with other listed buildings along the main road forms a
village group.
