Early C19. Granite rubble. Slurried slate roof, hipped. Corner site with
front facing harbour and side onto Quay Street. Harbour front, 2 storeys, one
window, sash 1st floor, modern casement ground floor, no glazing bars, to left
plain doorway with rectangular fanlight. Quay Street side 2 sashes without
glazing bars, plain modern glazed door. Included for group value.

All listed buildings in North Cliff form a group overlooking the harbour.
