GV II

House. Circa early C19. Rendered and painted stone rubble and cob hung with
corrugated asbestos on left hand end. Rag slate roof with gable ends. Brick shaft
to projecting end stack on right and brick shaft to rear lateral stack on left.
Plan: Two room and cross passage plan, the left hand room heated by a rear lateral
stack and the right hand room by a rear lateral stack and the right hand room by an
end stack.
Small single storey service outshut on left.
Exterior: Two storeys. Almost symmetrical 3-window front with almost complete C19 2-
light casements with glazing bars. C20 partly glazed door in small gabled porch,
flanked by C19 2-light casement to right and C19 or C20 2-light casement to left.
Three C19 2-light casements on first floor.
Interior: Not accessible.
