GV II

Farmhouse, Circa C17, possibly earlier. Slatestone rubble, slate roof with gable
ends. Main range with circa C17 kitchen wing at front of higher end forming L-
plan. Extension at higher end of main range forming T-plan. East front 2-storey,
5 windows. Tall C20 ground floor casements, central stone porch with slate gabled
roof. Centre window first floor blocked, others C19/C20 casements with glazing
bars. Rear: 3 chamfered granite mullioned windows, one with renewed mullion. Rear
wall projection truncated stack. Kitchen wing at right hand front with large stone
stack at gable end and oven at base. Outbuilding attached to higher end possibly
part of original build, now part of house accommodation. Closer inspection of
buildings unobtainable. Trevigue is a Domesday manor.
