House. Circa late C18. Painted rubble with slate sills and granite doorstep and
painted stucco to first floor front and left-hand side, probably over studwork.
Grouted scantle slate roof with hip to left and brick chimney over gable end right,
formerly shared party wall of house, since demolished.
Plan of 2 reception rooms flanking central cross passage plus 2-storey C20 extension
at lower level built on land sloping down at rear.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window north west road front with old 16-pane 2-light
casements. Central doorway with C20 replacement doorcase and 4-panel door.
Interior not inspected.
