House. Early C19. Stucco over rubble with some slate hanging to rear. Hipped
asbestos slate roof with slightly projecting eaves. Painted brick chimneys over side
walls. 2 room, central stair plan plus rear hipped wing and later infill in angle.
2 storeys. Symmetrical, 3 window south front. Central doorway within original box
porch with entablature. 12-pane hornless sashes in original openings with moulded
stucco architraves.
