GV II
House. Circa mid C18. Partly remodelled in early C19. Stone rubble with brick
dressings. Slate roof with gable ends. Stone rubble chimney stack of adjoining
property on left-hand gable end and brick chimney stack on right-hand gable end. 2
room and through passage plan with larger, probably kitchen room on right. Extended
to rear.
2 storeys, almost symmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor with two 6-pane sashes
beneath timber lintels flanking C20 part glazed door to left of centre. Above, three
2-light casements with glazing bars, 2 outer casements, centre-hung circa mid C19.
Timber lintels and brick dressings.
Interior: with C19 joinery. First floor not inspected. Unaltered exterior.
