2 houses, later cafe, now house. Probably C18 but reputed to be C17. Rendered and
painted stone rubble, partly slate-hung above ground floor on projecting wing.
Asbestos slate roof with gabled ends and hipped projecting wing to front. Single
depth plan, probably of 2 rooms with projecting wing to form overall 'L' shape plan.
The wing appear to have been originally open on the ground floor.
2 storeys. Main range to left has C20 window with glazing bars to left and C20
glazed door to right with C19 2-light casement above with glazing bars.
Projecting wing to right with C20 window with glazing bars in side wall. First floor
projecting beyond ground floor aid supported on imitation stone clad piers. 12-pane
window in side wall.
Interior not inspected.
