House, now shop. C18 remodelling of an earlier house, with C19 shop inserted and
some later alterations. Rendered stone rubble. Hipped asbestos slate roof with
front lateral stack to right in slatestone rubble with brick shaft.
Plan: 3-room plan, with one room to left, passage and 2 rooms to right. The passage
and the 2 rooms to right are converted as the shop.
Exterior: 2 storeys, asymmetrical 4-window range. Ground floor has 2 large 8-pane
shop windows with a central half-glazed door under one cornice. 2-light 8-pane
casement with L hinges of C18 to right. First floor has alternate 3 and 2-light
casements, all 8 panes each light with L hinges. Left side blind.
Interior: Not inspected.
