1867 according to Victoria County History, or 1860 according to the National
Buildings Record who attribute it to Charles Reeves. Italianate detail. 2
storeys with 2 + 4 + 2 windows, each side breaking forward slightly from the
centre. Brick with stone dressings, cornices and vermiculated horizontal quoins.
Dentil cornice and band below 1st floor, modillion cornice and blocking course
above. 1st floor windows have heavy pilastered surrounds with brick end cornice
to centre window and bracketted segmental pediments in wings. Ground floor
windows round headed with keys; panels below. Marginal glazing in sash windows.
Entrance to right of centre. 4 window return in similar style to south.
