Town house. Late C18. Chevron dressed sandstone, on plinth.
Late C20 clay pantile roof behind low parapet with moulded eaves
cornice. Stone ridge and gable copings. 2 stacks with cornices,
2 storeys, 3 bays. Central doorway with late C19 timber
pilaster-and -entablature surround; 6-panelled door and
rectangular fanlight with margin glazing bars. 2-storey, late
C19 splayed bay windows with sashes and glazing bars. Sash
window with glazing bars above doorway, painted sill. Early C19
extension to E. side; matching materials and style. 2 storeys,
single bay. Late C19 canted bay window to ground floor; sash
window to first floor with glazing bars. Central round-headed
staircase window with intersecting glazing bars to rear (N)
elevation of house. Listing includes: single-storey outhouse
adjoining W. side; in matching materials; late C18.
