Farmhouse/inn, mid/late C18, possibly raised by one storey c.1800;
with mid/late C20 porch. Dressed sandstone. Welsh slate roof with stone
gable copings, moulded kneelers and end stacks. Clay pantiles on rear wing
and extension. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Central 6-panelled door with
overlight and gabled porch in keeping. Sash windows with glazing bars. Mid
C20 casement window with glazing bars inserted above doorway. 2-storey
gabled wing to rear, with pent north extension, in similar style. Later
extensions to right and left are not of interest.
