Coach house, now garaging, tea room and flat. Mid C18. Red Flemish bond brick with stone dressings and slate roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: Nine bays in A.B.A.C.D:C.A.B.A, rhythm. Stone plinth. Central three bays project slightly under pediment. Three coach doors with rusticated stone piers between and to corners of projection. Cambered arches over rising from springing blocks with dying chamfer to lower edges. Projecting keystones to arches, that to the centre having a triple keystone. Three oculi to first floor with moulded stone surrounds, that to the centre having four keystones. Pediment above has circular clock face to centre. Three bays to either side with central semi-circular arched doorways with moulded stone surrounds and projecting keystones. C19 double doors and fanlights. Sash windows to either side of 3 x 4 panes with lugged stone surrounds. Circular windows to first floor with stone surrounds to the second and eighth bays having four keystones. The Old Stable Block (q.v.) adjoins to the left. A C20 bowed oriel has been added to the right hand first floor end and extensive C19 and C20 additions to the rear.
